St. John’s Chapel is getting a makeover complete with a fresh coat of paint for the first time in more than 25 years.

Since 1970, the month of February has been designated as a time for celebration for African American and black people across the U.S. President of Newman University’s Black Student Union, Kayla Victor, said that this month is a time for African American... people to celebrate their heritage.

Spring semester is underway and the Newman baseball team is preparing for its season to begin. This year, coaches and players are focused on winning as many games as possible.
