The men’s and women’s bowling teams saw their seasons come to an end at the Intercollegiate Team Championships Sectional Qualifier on March 10. The men finished 13th, while the women finished fifth, just ten pins short of qualifying for nationals.

After a nationwide search that drew 85 applicants, Joanna Pryor, Newman’s current associate athletic director and NCAA compliance coordinator, will be Newman’s new athletic director.

If you have a sibling, you may think that it would be impossible to work with them and get along. Siblings Philip Rood and Hannah Fowke-Rood who work together at the Newman Grind would disagree.
