The Jets are returning home after representing Newman at the 2019 Heartland Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships.

Though Newman’s new athletic director Joanna Pryor will be the only female athletic director in the Mid American-Collegiate Conference, she said that fact never actually occurred to her.

With only seven conference games left to play, the Jets softball team is in a tough position to advance to post-season but head coach Janice Fiene said she is hoping to motivate her players to push their hardest through to the end.

With nearly a month left in its season, the Newman baseball team is dealing with some adversity.
